Are you 65 years of age or older as of May 1^st and live in Laval? Are you a tenant, owner or occupant of a dwelling, dwelling unit, conforming room or intergenerational housing unit located in the City and use it as your principal residence?​

If you answered yes to these questions, you may be eligible for financial assistance to help support you.​

Boarders living in establishments recognised by the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux (MSSS) or which comply with current municipal Bylaw ​​L- ​12221​ (French PDF, 181 ​​KB​)​ are entitled to the subsidy. In addition, individuals living in intergenerational housing or with immediate relatives are also admissible.
