Pandemic and epidemic?
Infectious disease epidemics are an annual occurrence, and they deserve the population’s attention.

And while not all pandemics are as widespread as the Covid-19 pandemic, contagious diseases merit our full attention.

- Cough and sneeze into your elbow or into a tissue or handkerchief.
- Clean your environment with water and soap or household detergent to prevent the spread of germs.
- Avoid contact with people who are sick, their personal items, or foods that they may have touched.
- If you are sick, avoid contact with people who are immunosuppressed or in poor health.
